McKinsey's OrgSolutions creates digital products for organizations to improve Talent, Culture, Change, and Operating Models. At TWG, I helped establish the strategic direction and ship McKinsey's de facto HR/Talent analytics and ML platform — leveraged by hundreds of consultants to generate data-driven insights that bolster proposals delivered to executives of the world's largest companies.

Borrowell

Canada's leader in financial education, on a mission to help Canadians make better financial decisions. At TWG, I helped Borrowell prioritize the bets — mobile app, financial coach, and more — that would deliver on their Series A growth goals. Through primary research, I identified behavioral personas and their jobs-to-be-done, prioritized based on LTV, and ran in-market acquisition experiments to predict demand.

Flexday

Founded in 2017 at the height of the coworking boom, Flexday is a B2B marketplace helping growing businesses meet their evolving office space needs. They came to TWG with a B2C idea. I helped refine the consumer value proposition, plan their go-to-market, and design and ship their MVP — a mobile app for flexible coworking and a host booking platform.

About

Jean-Philippe Moya

I spent the last 15+ years as a Product Manager and leader at TWG/Deloitte, as well as working independently — helping enterprises and startups ship technology products that today are used by millions of people. I focus on Travel, Financial Services, and Consumer Services.

Most recently, I've focused on helping organizations become more product-centric — working with and coaching executive leaders and boots-on-the-ground teams. I've personally seen dozens of organizations from the inside, analyzed what works and what doesn't from the perspective of talent, culture, and process.

At TWG (acquired by Deloitte), I grew from Product Manager to Director of Client Services and Product Leader, specializing in FinTech and Data & Analytics. I worked with clients like McKinsey, Coinsquare, FreshBooks, Borrowell, Nanoleaf, and many more — shaping strategy, designing products, and shipping them.

I'm also a founder. I started Lab416, a digital agency, and currently run Benji's Plant Care — a field services business where I apply the same product and operational thinking to the physical world.
